Method X Coachella

To promote and amplify method being the official hair and body care sponsor, we created a welcoming & memorable experience for attendees that helped them ‘unleash their inner shower’ in a multi-pronged approach that extended both on the festival grounds and in the camping area.
Festival goers were encouraged to harness their inspiration, find their confidence, and unleash their creativity in a fresh and energizing way. The overall look leaned into bold, colorful, and expressive designs and each area where method could be found strategically incorporated key taglines and elements from method’s marketing campaign, which kept the synergy flowing from one location to the next.
On Site Activation
Guests were greeted with a colorful wonderland of fun and creativity where they could engage in multiple sensory experiences, including an AI photo opp that revealed attendees Method ‘aura’, a portal to explore your Inner Shower, a glam station with style options inspired by Method scents, and a lounge space that beautifully displayed Method’s haircare products.
AI Photo Opp
Guests answered fun quiz questions relating to the three method scents - Simply Nourish, Daily Zen, and Pure Peace - in order to reveal their Method ‘Aura.’ Then, using the power of AI, images of the person were generated, set into their Method ‘Aura’ based on their answers. The AI image gallery was sent directly to their phones for easy sharing on social media.

Camping Activation
Festival campers were invited to unleash their Inner Artist in our ‘Field of Showers’.
White metal icons shaped like the elements from method’s marketing campaign provided plenty of canvasses for guests to paint.
The Field of Showers activity was the most popular element in the method camping footprint- so many budding artists showed up to express their creativity that most of the canvasses had to be wiped clean each night to get ready for the next day.

Hyundai X iHeart Radio House of Music

Welcome to Electric Avenue. Using large scale LED content we immersed guests and the Hyundai vehicles in a journey through futuristic Las Vegas. The scene was brought to life dimensionally with retro-futuristic Vegas style neon signs, an infinite dance floor, and a giant heart shaped neon photo opp.

Origin Water X Art Basel

At Scope Art Show, we partnered with Origin Water for 2 years in a row to host a beachside takeover, bringing the forest to the beach. The Beach Oasis lounge set the relaxation vibe with coastal kickback furniture and a living sculpture wall. Guests, including celebrities such as Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, were treated to a refreshment bar with custom takeaways from an attending journal artist. All guests were encouraged to share their Origin Story in the interview space and take home a custom art piece created on the spot by our onsite artist.

Casetify X Coachella

To celebrate and amplify the Coachella X CASETiFY collab, we created a welcoming & memorable experience for the attendees at one of the world’s most celebrated festivals, Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. CASETiFY launched their custom Coachella phone accessory line at the festival weekend 1 & weekend 2 at their experiential retail pop-up.
The concept was disco desert euphoria - A surreal yet retro futuristic exploration of uplift. Euphoric moods, energy, and illusion. The ultimate desert oasis where guests and their devices recharged in a world of creativity.

Runway of Dreams

A Fashion Revolution show + exhibition at New York Fashion Week. The show features adaptive and universally designed apparel, footwear, and products from major brands in the industry, as well as over 60 models who strut the runway, all with a disability or difference. This year’s show was highlighted by industry leader CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) for its leading work in inclusive and accessible production practices at NYFW.
In addition to the fashion show, we created a revolutionary 3-day adaptive fashion pop-up exhibit and interactive experience. The latest in adaptive wear from main stream fashion brands was displayed in an elegant, accessible space that celebrated the history of Runway of Dreams. The exhibit space created an opportunity for visitors to take a closer look at the thoughtfully-designed adaptations and become educated on the importance of why adaptive and universally designed products are so crucial as a major category in the fashion industry.

Pantene Festival Tour

Anticipating the launch of new Pantene products, Procter & Gamble tasked our team to create a high-end salon made to travel to some of the top entertainment events. The brand was focused on providing unique experiences that would generate social posts organically from and for the right audience. The 2019 “Festival Hair” tour visited 6 festivals from April to September: Coachella, Stagecoach, Bunbury, Firefly, Lollapalooza, and Music Midtown.
Challenged to design an architectural abstraction inspired by the fluidity of hair, while also ensuring each asset could travel thousands of miles, Revolution blended aesthetics and engineering into one stunning tent. The final product was an oasis that left guests with an eye-catching hairstyle and generated buzz around the festival grounds.
Six professional hairstylists with experience in all hair types were tasked with giving each guest a killer hairstyle that lasts all day and night. The stylists utilized the new line of Pantene products, educating guests on how amazing the products are while working on their ‘do.
To generate awe-inspiring and instagrammable moments, a gold sculptural centerpiece and a gold 3D crystal wall that was featured time and time again in guest photos. The sculptural piece also doubled as an accessory ‘fountain’ where guests could put the finishing golden touch on their hair after their professional styling.
Anna Kaiser X Target Apparel Launch

Popping up in the trendy meat packing district, Anna Kaiser's apparel launch was a high energy activation that exuded HAPPY! Programming included a pop up shop with fixtures cleverly fashioned from exercise equipment, AKT's Any Hour Happy Hour dance classes, a "Happy Place" lounge featuring swings and a trampoline photo opp, fresh juice shot bar, and lockers that surprised and delighted guests with a gift when opened.

T-Mobile Club Magenta

When guests flood into the Daytime Stage at the iHeart Radio Music Festival, they’re met with magenta, and lots of it. Sponsored by T-Mobile, the event calls for branding and consumer touch-points year after year throughout the entire festival footprint; a Magenta takeover that’s sure to cause Magenta Envy in anyone who isn’t already a T-Mobile customer.

NYX Glitter Trip

NYX Cosmetics are known for their ultra-saturated products that boldly amplify their consumers’ beauty. To celebrate the launch of their Glitter Goals line at Coachella, we created an interactive playground that would serve as the premier destination for getting festival-ready. The space was full of Instagrammable moments (like a glitter slide and confetti cannon!) that were ripe for social media activity, ultimately leading to increased brand awareness. The ultra-interactive dreamlike space ensured festival-goers left with a glam look and the perfect post.
The larger-than-life Glitter Lip Slide with Boomerang photo station and the GIF-generating Confetti Cannon captured perfectly styled and totally unique images for social sharing.
Confetti cannons energized the space and Coachella social feeds with bursts of purple and gold confetti that was chosen to match the Glitter Goals makeup line.
Guests were able to enhance their festival looks at 2 large self-guided make-up stations that were stocked with the latest NYX products and had professional glam artists stationed nearby to help create flawless make-up. We also posted ring light photo kiosks at these stations to encourage everyone to capture the perfect selfie.
From the intricately designed 360* fabric mural to the wall to wall carpet to the interactive sticker wall station, the entire space was covered with glittering surfaces which tied in with the most recent product launch and marketing campaign.
Coachella VIP Speakeasy

An elevated lounge + bar that impressed even the highest level of VIP guests, and become the go-to hot spot at the festival. The set up was conducive to meetings during the day, and transitioned to a full-on dance party at night. A secondary private space, open only for executive level meetings, would create an oasis for AEG executives that was perfect to conduct business.
The design blended cues from 20’s era speakeasies with modern Palm Springs, resulting in a space that was invitingly warm with touches of glamorous.

The Grinch x Camp Flog Gnaw

Guests enjoyed a fun interactive experience with optimum sensor technology that allowed them to press different areas of the Grinch relief sculpture to create their own music or remix Tyler the Creator’s “I Am the Grinch” from the movie soundtrack.
The oversize Grinch sculpture was a photo opp on its own, and we also created a heart-shaped frame guests could pose behind, ensuring maximum social sharing.
Fox Fan Fair @ Comic-Con

FOX went BIG in its return to San Diego Comic-Con! The newly dubbed FOX FAN FAIR 2019 took over two ctivation spaces located across from The New Children’s Museum at West Island Ave and Front Street.
The network highlighted its all-new FOX ANIMATION DOMINATION Sunday night block by featuring fun twists on popular amusement rides and games all themed to FOX’s fan favorite animated series, The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, and a brand-new show, Bless the Harts! Comic-Con fans had the chance to immerse themselves in FREE festivities which included a massive 70 ft. tall Ferris Wheel – the must-see attraction with spectacular views overlooking the convention center and San Diego skyline.
FOX Fan Fair offered an array of instagrammable games and family friendly competitions including Water Gun Shoot Out, Sunday Slam Pop-A-Shot, Super-Sized Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Oversized Corn Hole, and the ultimate spin on Giant Bucket Ball, along with Snapcode AR experiences , free collectible swag, and a soft-serve ice cream truck handing out sweet treats and water that kept fans of all ages cool during the Comic-Con heat.
Pop-Tarts Block Party at Camp Flog Gnaw

Finding your friends can be hard but not at the Pop-Tarts Block Party! Guests were encouraged to step out of their house and into the Pop-Tarts Block Party where impromptu breakdancing occurred along with a friendly neighbor teaching guests how to DJ like a pro, and several pop up performances by Camp Flog Gnaw artists.
Merch is king at Camp Flog Gnaw. With this in mind, we created a system where guests who interacted with the fun activities in the space earned points which they could trade for custom Pop-Tarts and Tyler the Creator merchandise. The concept was wildly successful, resulting in a constant flow of festival-goers, and a long eager line of guests to get in.
World of Kiehl's

Welcome to Nature's Playground; an immersive, oversized world where friends of Kiehl's and influencers were transported to a time when play dates were both physical and interactive. Inspired by the playgrounds of our youth, the installations highlighted Kiehl's star natural ingredients in a visceral and tactile way. Nature's Playground allowed guests to learn about Kiehl's most efficacious core products by tappinjg into the play trend; Filled with nostalgia as they bounced and slid through physical activities, munched on classic kid snacks reimagined and elevated, and got down to throwback tunes.
